Request Data Deletion
Bloom stores all your personal data — including journal entries, mood history, habit progress, and garden data — only on your device. No personal data is stored on our servers.
You can delete all your data instantly using the option built directly into the app.
How to delete all your data
- Open the Bloom app on your device
- Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon on the Garden home screen
- Scroll to the Account section
- Tap "Delete all my data"
- Confirm deletion in the dialog that appears
Your data is deleted immediately and permanently from your device. This action cannot be undone.
What data is deleted
- All journal entries
- Mood history and check-in records
- Habit tracking progress
- Garden and plant growth data
- Streak count and milestones
- Your name and app preferences
- Notification settings
What data is kept
All data is stored locally on your device only. There is no data stored on our servers. After deleting from the app, no trace of your data remains anywhere.
Advertising data
Bloom uses Google AdMob for ads in the free version. AdMob may collect your device advertising ID for ad serving. To reset or opt out, go to Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID.
