Ownership & Legal Identity This Privacy Policy describes how Ritu K Pahuja (operating under the brand name Peafowl Apps) collects and uses information. This application is owned, managed, and legally represented by Ritu K Pahuja.
This policy applies to all Android applications published by Ritu K Pahuja on the Google Play Store under the developer brand "Peafowl Apps," including but not limited to: Bloom — Inner Garden, Romantic AI: Love Messages for Girlfriend, StudyAI, FluentAI, RestoreKit, CreatorAI, ViralCut, Bloom: Daily Habit & Self-Care, and any future apps.
By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
Some of our apps may ask for your first name or a display name for personalization purposes. This information is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.
Information collected automatically
Our apps use third-party services that may collect certain information automatically. This includes:
- Google AdMob — used in free versions of our apps to display advertisements. AdMob may collect your device advertising ID, IP address, and app usage data to serve relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Play Billing — used to process in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — used to send push notifications. FCM collects a device token to deliver notifications. This token is stored on our secure servers and is never shared with third parties.
- Firebase Analytics — some of our apps use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage patterns. This data is anonymous and aggregated.
Content you create
Some apps allow you to create content such as journal entries, notes, or saved items. This content is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly use a backup or sync feature. We do not access, read, or transmit your personal content.

- Display relevant advertisements in free versions

3. Data Storage and Security
Personal content you create — journal entries, notes, preferences, and progress data — is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
FCM notification tokens are stored on our secure Vercel-hosted servers. No other personal data is stored server-side.
All data transmitted between our apps and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may share anonymous, aggregated data with third-party analytics services to understand general usage trends.
Third-party services integrated in our apps (AdMob, Google Play Billing, Firebase) have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
5. Advertising
Our free apps display advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob uses your device advertising ID to serve personalized ads based on your interests.
You can opt out of personalized ads at any time by going to:

Users who purchase a premium subscription in our apps receive an ad-free experience. No ads are shown to premium subscribers.
6. Children's Privacy
Our apps are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at chatshatapp@gmail.com and we will delete it immediately.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Delete your data
Most of our apps include a "Delete all my data" option in Settings that immediately and permanently removes all locally stored data from your device.
Notification opt-out
You can disable push notifications at any time in your device Settings or within the app's Settings screen.
Advertising ID
You can reset or opt out of your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
Data access requests
Since most of your data is stored on your own device, you have direct access to it at all times. For any server-side data (FCM tokens), you may contact us to request deletion.
8. Data Retention
Data stored on your device is retained until you delete it using the in-app delete option or uninstall the app.
FCM notification tokens stored on our servers are retained while you use the app and deleted upon request or after 12 months of inactivity.
We do not retain any other personal data on our servers.
